Today, I wrote about how to approach religion in professional life over at Where Peter Is. I drew on Critical Race Theory to argue that the conception of the aracial and areligious professional is a racist and anti-religious conception. It should be replaced with an array of dynamic conceptions that arise out of the persons who actually enter professional life. You can check out the essay here!
